  • Arrival date (to calculate deadlines)
  • Family status (to include family-related steps)
  • Journey progress (which steps you have completed)

2. Why we collect it

We use your data solely to provide you with a personalized bureaucratic journey. Your nationality determines whether EU or extra-EU rules apply. Your city lets us show you the correct office addresses and hours. Your arrival date is used to calculate legal deadlines (e.g., 8 days for permesso kit, 90 days for residenza).

3. How we store it

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted database storage and authentication. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security policies. A copy of your profile is also stored in your browser's localStorage for offline access.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics services that share data with third parties.

  • Update your profile information at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
  • Export your data in a readable format by contacting us
  • Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
